The service emphasis at Annecroft is on those individuals diagnosed with a Learning Disability who may require specialist healthcare, within residential care home settings.

The range of services at Annecroft includes:
  Rehabilitation
  A Care Pathway to Supported Housing funded by the Supporting People Program at Empress Lodge, our other     care home with six beds.
  Individual support plans to promote independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting etc.
  Support with access to a range of community based services such as the St.James Centre nearby for basic     literacy classes run by the City Council, the Padley Day Centre, the Multicultural Centre, Derby College etc.
  Continuing Care
  Low secure provision

A focus on individuals who may present with one or more of the following:
  Dual diagnosis (a learning disability with underlying mental health disorder)
  Continuous treatment and rehabilitation
  Ongoing psychiatric monitoring
  Twenty-four hour residential care
